We are a German family and we are looking for a babysitter for our daughter, who is now almost 3 years old. We want her to learn Estonian and English, so we are looking for someone who speaks Estonian and/or English.
We are looking for someone for at least one day a week (workdays only). From January on we might need help more often.
What is expected:
- You would need to play with our daughter, go for a walk in the neighborhood and talk a lot :), as language learning is our main goal. We are looking for someone who can explain how to express actions and name things and correct her when she is wrong.
- You need to know how to keep the child busy for at least 6 hours.
- Ideally you know how to get a child to sleep during the day, but this is not absolutely necessary.
- No household work is expected. At least one of us will always be working from home.
