Unable to login to your account. What to do?
If you're unable to sign in to your account, we recommend changing your password. Go to https://www.pere24.ee/reset and enter your e-mail address. Now go to your email's inbox and follow the instructions.
How can I pay for membership?
You can pay for the membership with a bank card or via PayPal account. Let us know if payment fails. Write to us at support(at)pere24.ee
How to terminate the membership?
You can terminate your membership at any time by logging in to your account and going to the settings section https://www.pere24.ee/options. At the top of the page, you'll see a button that will turn off your membership subscription. Once you click on it your subscription will be terminated. If you unsubscribe, your membership will remain in effect until the end of the period for which you paid, but will not renew thereafter.
Why was my account charged?
The membership on Pere24.ee renews automatically until the user terminates it. It works just like Netflix or any other subscription service. Users are informed that the membership is automatically renewed at the time of booking the membership. If the membership is no longer required, you can terminate it in the settings section of your account: https://www.pere24.ee/options.
If I unsubscribe, will I still be able to see members' contacts?
If you unsubscribe, your membership will remain in effect until the end of the period for which you paid, but will not renew thereafter. You will be able to enjoy the benefits of membership until the end of the paid period.
Why do I still see my information on Google search after deleting my account?
Google updates information on its servers when their bots revisit a webpage. So if you've deleted your profile, you may still see your ad on Google search. We cannot influence that. It will usually take 2 to 3 weeks for all data to be removed from Google.
