I am looking for helper around home with my kids. I have 2.5 years old, and 8month. Normally we would be all together, just sometimes you would need to stay alone with kid(-s). I want person who does not mind go out any weather and be there active with my 2.5years old. At home do some crafts and play teaching games (singing, dancing other arts very welcome)... Sometimes help with food or minimal cleaning at home. Person should be loving and respectful to kids. I believe in respectful parenhood and that kids has their own opinion and can tell it. My girl is active one. Mainly you would spend time with 2.5years atleast till 8 months years old would be fully comfortable around you.
We live in Alliku, so important that person would have car and drive, as its little out of Tallinn. With kids you can speak Estonian (or Lithuanian(would be fantastic) or English), but is important that would feel comfortable speaking in English with me. I am looking for person to start with 2-3 days a week.
