1. General provisions

1.1 The website http://pere24.ee (hereinafter the website) is owned and operated by Family Projects Oy (hereinafter Pere24), address: 02700 Kauniainen, Finland, e-mail [email protected].

1.2 The terms of use of the online environment are mandatory for Pere24 and all its users (hereinafter the user)

1.3 Pere24 may change or supplement these terms of use by notifying the user.

1.4 Pere24 offers users an online environment where users can get information about job offers and service providers and other information related to family and home help services.

The users conclude employment, management, employment, etc. contracts without the intervention of Pere24, and the users are responsible for the proper execution of the contracts concluded between them.

1.5 Pere24 is not responsible for the legality of transactions made through the online environment, as well as the correctness, accuracy, completeness or topicality of the information provided in the online environment.

1.6 Pere24 has the right to use and publish all data provided in the online environment of Pere24, including the right to use them both online and offline, in the media, at events, fairs, advertising materials, etc. By transmitting works protected by copyright to the online environment, the user gives permission to Pere24 to exercise the author's property rights valid for these works during the entire period of validity of the copyright, as well as to edit the data in other ways.

1.7 Both job offers and service provider forms (except personal data) can be found on the Internet, including through search engines.

1.8 Pere24 may replace, improve, delete and otherwise change the composition, structure, content, etc. of the data presented in the online environment at any time at its own discretion.

2. Principles of personal data processing

2.1 Pere24 processes personal data that users of the online environment have provided to Pere24 when entering data. Collected data is primarily used to identify the user, users are enabled to contact service providers to submit job offers, add expenses to the environment and use other functionality offered by the online environment.

2.2 When using the online environment, the user submits the data of his choice. The user has the right to specify and correct his personal data, to request the termination of personal data processing and the deletion of collected personal data. For this purpose, the user submits a relevant application to the Pere24 e-mail address specified in the terms of use.

2.3 The user consents to the processing of personal data to the extent described in the terms of use with the aim of ensuring the quality and availability of Pere24 services and the development of services in other ways.

2.4 Pere24 collects and stores personal data in electronic form, extracting them in other forms if necessary. Pere24 does not undertake to store the personal data of users of the online environment in the Pere24 database.

2.5 Personal data, which the submitter has requested to receive commercial announcements, advertising materials or information about the products, services and activities of Pere24 and its cooperation partners, will also be used in the transmission of such information.

2.6 Pere24 does not transfer or disclose personal data to third parties, except in the cases stipulated in the terms of use. Pere24 has the right to forward them to third parties chosen by Pere24, in particular to users who wish to engage with service providers.

3. Duties and rights of the assistant

3.1 A person who has entered their data on the Pere24.ee page and filled out the form intended for helpers is considered a helper within the scope of this contract.

3.2 The assistant has the right to add and change his data, make the form passive or hide the form in the database.

3.3 By entering his form on the Pere24.ee page, the assistant promises that

3.3.1 provides only true information on his form.

3.3.2 does not add his contact details and other information that allows him to be contacted without the help of Pere24 in places other than the fields provided for this purpose.

3.3.3 responds to all received e-mails within one working day - even if the job offer is not suitable, the client is informed about it.

3.3.4 fills out his application thoroughly (adding contact details, picture, salary request and a detailed description).

3.3.5 constantly updates the time table on its form so that it gives a real overview of when the helper can be at work.

3.3.6 does not apply for job offers that are not of interest to him or that are not located in his area.

3.3.7 answers calls made to the contact number specified in his application form. If he is unable to answer the call, he will call back as soon as possible or send an SMS.

3.3.8 only asks for recommendations from real people and does not add recommendations to its form.

3.3.9 participates in scheduled interviews, trial days and work assignments in a timely and prepared manner.

3.3.10 if you no longer want job offers through the pere24.ee environment, you change the status of your form to inactive or hidden.

3.3.11 enters his location with at least street accuracy so that he can be notified of job offers in his area.

3.3.12 updates his form at least once a month if he wishes

3.5 If the babysitter does not comply with the terms of use, Pere24 has the right to remove the babysitter's form from the environment. In case of repeated violations, Pere24 has the right to block the user's account and delete all related data.

4. Rights and obligations of the user in the pere24.ee environment

4.1 All registered users of pere24.ee have the right to view the profiles on the page and use other functionality on the page intended for ordinary users.

4.2 Users can leave feedback on helpers' forms, but only if they have actually met the helper.

4.3 If the user wants to contact an assistant or wants to see additional information on the forms, he can join the paid Premium package.

4.4 A Premium user (ie a user who has purchased a paid service) can see all the information that the assistant has entered on the form.

4.5 The job advertisement entered by the Premium user is visible to all users until the end date of the Premium package.

4.6 A money-back guarantee applies to premium packages of one month and longer. The package user has the right within 14 days after the end of the package to inform the page administrators that he did not find the desired assistant and the subscription fee of the Premium package will be returned to him.

5. Final Provisions

5.1 The terms of use are valid upon their acceptance by the user and are valid during the validity of the legal relations regulated in the terms of use between the user and Pere24. The user has the right to withdraw from the terms of use within 14 days of their acceptance.

5.2 The legislation of the Republic of Estonia applies to the legal relations between the user and Pere24 arising from the use of the online environment.

5.3 The user and Pere24 will try to resolve disputes arising from the use of the online environment through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the legislation.
